A striking 1950s platinum jadeite jade and diamond ring centered by a substantial oval jadeite cabochon, displaying a translucent green color and softly domed profile. The impressive center stone is surrounded by numerous near-colorless round brilliant-cut diamonds and accented on either side by two near-colorless trapezoid step-cut diamonds, creating an elegant and classically proportioned period presentation.

The ring is accompanied by GIA Jade Report No. 2195931401, dated January 3, 2019, identifying the center stone as jadeite jade, oval cabochon cut, translucent and green in color. The report states Natural Color — No indications of impregnation, commonly referred to in the trade as Type A jadeite.
