A distinctive 18-karat yellow gold ring centered upon a cushion-shaped cabochon sapphire displaying deep blue tones and subtle natural variations. The gemstone is held within a smooth bezel setting and framed by a sculptural split-shank design forming an elegant eye-shaped silhouette.

Thirty brilliant-cut diamonds trace the sweeping upper and lower contours of the ring, creating a luminous contrast against the richly colored center stone. Each diamond weighs approximately 0.02 carats, for an estimated total diamond weight of approximately 0.60 carats.
