An 18-karat yellow gold necklace composed of pearls measuring approximately 8.81–9.52 mm, accented by diamond-set gold spacers and sapphire-set elements. The central diamond-set plaque features an oval ruby cabochon and suspends a pear-shaped blue sapphire within a diamond-set frame.

The principal sapphire is estimated to weigh approximately 7.00 carats. GIA identifies the mounted stone as a natural sapphire of Thai origin with indications of heating.
